When will my item be delivered? (UK Customers)

We aim to despatch all orders on the same day of purchase when purchased before 3pm. All orders over £20 will be posted via a recorded service and full tracking information will be provided. Items will be posted Royal Mail first class signed for (1-2 days) for orders under £100. Items will be posted Royal Mail special delivery for orders over £100.

Do you offer international postage?

We want to offer our fantastic products to customers around the world. Currently we are able to provide postage to the: European Union USA & Canada Delivery to Europe in 3 to 5 working days. Delivery to the rest of the world in 5 to 7 working days.

How do i receive next day delivery?

To receive next day delivery there must be a total purchase of over £100. The purchase must also be made before 3pm and be delivered the next WORKING day before 1pm. If you require next day delivery on a total purchase £100 please contact us and we will arrange next day delivery for you (charges apply)

Can i return my item?

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store, online or over the phone. Separately to the 21 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange or refund. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. If there is any issue regarding your purchase please contact us and we will aim to deal with the issue as quick and efficiently as possible.

Do i receive a warranty with my purchase?

Yes! If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. If there is any issue regarding your purchase please contact us and we will aim to deal with the issue as quick and efficiently as possible.
